Our 12,000 sq. ft. facility has a spacious auditorium, 5 classrooms, two lobbies, 9 bathrooms, office space, and storage available. Our friendly staff is willing to work with the needs of your organization and is quick to respond to any questions.
Monthly rental cost varies from $3,000-$5,000 per month for use of our entire space, depending on unique needs and how many days the facility would be used. We are excited to work with you!
Our auditorium seats 220 (chairs spaced out in photo for social distancing) and is equipped with modern lighting software, speakers, sound equipment, and presentation software.
Classroom 4. Plastic chairs and tables available to turn into a classroom/meeting space.
Classroom 5. Has comfortable furniture, as well as plastic chairs and tables to turn into a classroom. A kitchen and a bathroom is attached.
Main lobby with plenty of natural light. Great for small gatherings or a space to congregate before your event/meeting. Several tables and outlets available for food/beverage stations, or even catering.
Three individual bathrooms are in the hallway right off the main lobby.
